Baked Salmon with Roasted Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 glass of water
- 1 tbsp CoccoMio Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves - pressed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 C
- Put the salmon fillets in a glass pan and sprinkle with lemon juice, water, coconut oil and salt.
- Cover with an oven-proof lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
- While the fish is cooking, mix mayonnaise, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric and minced mustard in a small bowl.
- Remove the fish from the oven, drain most of the liquid before pouring the garlic sauce over the fillets.
- Place the fish in the oven and cook on the grill for 3 minutes.
