The Farm
It starts with a wonderful community of organic farmers that we work in partnership with under Fairtrade practices to help enhance the local community and the environment.
The Coconut
We harvest fresh mature organic coconuts that have a naturally high content of laurin, MCT and olein oils.
Wet-mill
We Wet Mill fresh raw undried coconut meat taken directly from the shell, to extract a coconut oil and milk mixture.
Centrifuge
The fresh oily coconut milk is then spun it in a centrifuge to separate the milk from the oil.
Sealed into Jars
The organic virgin coconut oil is sealed directly into jars to lock-in all that freshness for you.
Our Farm Freshness Guarantee ensures that all of this is done within 2 hours from the coconut being opened and within 48hrs from when the coconut was harvested from the tree.
